Ronetta J. Francis
President & Chief Consulting Officer

Ronetta founded Francis Dynamics Consulting Group to empower personal development and accelerate organizational performance by equipping individuals, as well as public and private entities, with personal growth, executive leadership and risk management strategies. Through her consulting and coaching practice, public speaking and training sessions, she shares dynamic solutions, specifically designed to recognize and cultivate seeded potential and to achieve optimized results through empowered personal development and accelerated organizational performance.

Ronetta is a seasoned employment attorney, with over 23 years combined practicing as a senior trial attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and as in-house counsel for Walmart Stores, Inc. She then bridged her legal background and expertise with her dynamic business acumen to lead the employment compliance and ethics functions for Walmart, as the Vice President of US Ethics and Employment Compliance.

Ronetta has a genuine heart for serving others and giving back to her community, providing local support to the Samaritan Center and the Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter, as well as the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the Alzheimer’s Association.
